Arrowverse Crossover ‘Crisis On Earth-X’ Promo Released, Details

The highly anticipated Arrowverse Crossover  “Crisis on Earth-X” is only a few weeks away. The much-awaited event features the crossover between four DC shows: The Flash, Supergirl, Legends of Tomorrow and Arrow. The CW has released its first promo giving a glimpse at the superheroes together for their big mission.

The first promo is just a 10-second teaser that features fan-favorite heroes of the Arrowverse. The clip shows Arrow, Supergirl, and Flash in action preparing for the big battle.

Fans know that Arrowverse crossover is an annual tradition. Last year’s crossover titled “Invasion” saw the heroes come together to fight the Dominators.

This year, it will see the heroes come together for Barry Allen and Iris West’s wedding. However, things take an unexpected turn and villains from Earth-X, the Nazi doppelgangers of the heroes, descend on Earth and create chaos.

As per the previous report, a major Arrow villain will return. Prometheus who met his fate at the end of Arrow Season 5 will make a comeback during the crossover. Oliver Queen will be seen engaging in a combat with his enemy.

“Getting to do the final episode is a huge treat,” said the Legends of Tomorrow executive producer Phil Klemmer as quoted by Comicbook. “This season more than last, they’re all like part of a two-hour movie and, which means that we have the gigantic third act Avengers fight in the middle of the city.”

The upcoming crossover is definitely packed with action but fans can also expect lots of emotion. “We also get to do the most tragic and heart-wrenching part of the story, which is weird ’cause normally we’re the funny show,” Klemmer added.

“Crisis on Earth-X” will air as two-night event. It will feature four episodes beginning on Nov. 27 with Supergirl and Arrow and end on Nov. 28 with The Flash and Legends of Tomorrow. Stay tuned for more updates and information.
