Deadpool 2: New Photo Gives A Close-Up Of Zazie Beetz As Domino

Earlier in 2015, the first promo image of Deadpool featured the superhero lying on a bear rug near a log of fire. This time, it looks like Fox is trying to send a message that the sequel won’t be all about the R rated superhero.

Earlier on Monday, Ryan Reynolds shared the first look at Zazie Beetz as Domino for Deadpool 2. The image features the actress in her stunning anti-hero attire lying on Deadpool’s suit instead of a bear rug. Fans can check out the image below.

Later on, SuperBroMovies shared another close-up look at Beetz’s as Domino. By far the reactions from fans have been mixed.  A few seemed to be bothered that the X-Force mutant doesn’t look accurate to the adaptation from the comics. Some have also shared their concerns as the character isn’t “white” while the rest have decided to wait it out and judge her by performance.

In the comics, Domino is quite known for having abilities similar to X-Men’s Jean Grey. But, anti-hero stands out for her powers as they mostly described as “good luck.”

Domino has the ability to use her powers to save herself from impossible situations thanks to her miraculous “good luck” ability. The first look shared by Reynolds makes quite an impression on fans as it looks like Beetz antihero character could steal some of the limelight from Deadpool.

Deadpool 2 also features another new character called Cable played by Josh Brolin. Moreover, Brianna Hildebrand has also reprised her role as Negasonic Teenage Warhead for the sequel. The actress made her debut as an X-Men in the original movie released in 2015.

Deadpool 2 is still in filming. Earlier last month fans a sneak peek at the production during their filming in Vancouver.
