Earlier Warner Bros. unveiled its new Justice League trailer at San Diego Comic-Con. The promo footage is by far the longest with a run time of 4 minutes. Moreover, a closer look at the footage reveals many details about the film. Here are the 6 things that we noticed from the trailer.
Steppenwolf’s Wrath Upon Earth
This is pretty much a direct statement from the trailer. The footage seems to be all about Steppenwolf. Although we don’t get a clear look at his face, the character’s groundbreaking wrath and his commanding voice are all that fans need.
Green Lantern Corps Embraced
At 1:35, fans can hear what seems to be Steppenwolf’s narration saying, “No protectors here, no Lanterns.” This could possibly be the first time Warner Bros. has embraced the existence of the Green Lantern Corps in a DC film. however, an earlier report had confirmed that the space corp existence in Justice League.
No Traces Left Behind After The Events of Batman v Superman
At 0:40, a background news broadcast says the following “Speculate, he was alone leaving no traces (voice fades)..”. Although Wonder Woman and The Batman aided Superman in the battle against Doomsday, it looks like their sneaky disappearance from the crime scene has left the masses to believe that the Man of Steel was indeed alone during the fight.
Lex Luthor Locked Up In Arkham Asylum?
The rest of the news broadcast also says something about Lex Luthor and Arkham Asylum. It is possible that the mastermind villain was transferred to the psychiatric hospital in Gotham City on the advice of The Batman.
Thanagarians Confirmed?
At 3:10, the footage gives us a different viewpoint of the past battle waged by Earth’s protectors (Amazonians, Atlantians). We got a glimpse of it in the earlier debut trailer as well.

The Man of Steel To The Rescue?
In the end, Alfred meets a mysterious character that seems to be mankind’s last hope. A closer look at the blurry background at 3:59 gives the vibe that it could be the Man of Steel in his attire.
