The new trailer from Annabelle: Creation reveals promising horror elements in the R-Rated film. The footage gives fans a glimpse of a supernatural force which attempts to lurk inside the family. However, its invasion is interrupted when the folks in the house realize that it brings nothing but darkness.
The trailer gets fans up-to-date with the plot revealing the main cause of Annabelle’s arrival into the world of the living. After the tragic incident which leads to the death of Mullins daughter, Dollmaker Samuel Mullins (Anthony LaPaglia) and his wife (Miranda Otto) are emotionally driven to mistaken a supernatural force’s identity as their very own daughter.
Upon realization, The Mullins lock up Annabelle, the doll which is the entity of the force. However, Annabelle once again gets to unleash her darkness when the Mullins invite a group of girls and a nun from a shuttered orphanage to their home in an attempt to seek penance.
Annabelle targets the weakest among the group, a cripple girl named Janice. The innocent child is persuaded by the doll’s mysterious messages to open the door that kept it sealed.
Annabelle begins to unleash its darkness into the home once again. None of the girls, including the nun seem to be safe from the possessed doll. Furthermore, it looks like the supernatural force also moves on to another vessel as it seems to take over Janice in the film.
Going by the trailer, it looks like Annabelle: Creation could possibly be far better than its original film released in 2014. Moreover, it promises more horrifying scenes rather than just entice the audience with a few heart-stopping moments.
