After a long wait, fans were treated to the first Aquaman trailer which was screened at SDCC in Hall H and was also almost immediately released for the worldwide audience. On first looks, it was clear that director James Wan had delivered what he promised to fans.
Just recently, Warner Bros. shared some hi-res stills from the movie. Fans must note that these images aren’t exactly new as stated in the headline. The stills are shots of scenes that appeared in the first Aquaman trailer.
Three stills are shots of Atlantis featuring the great white sharks with armors, Arthur Curry in armor and Orm in armor which seems to be a shot from the gladiator fight scene. The visuals are indeed stunning and offer a glimpse of the beautiful underwater world. Though the trailer offered some good shots of Atlantis, fans must still view them as a ‘work in progress’.
There’s also a still of Mera which seems to be a shot from the action sequence that takes place in the surface world involving Atlantian soldiers and Black Manta. And another still shows Arthur Curry from inside the submarine. Fans can check out all the images below.
