‘Aquaman’: Jason Momoa’s Stunt Double Performs Scenes In Set Photos

Earlier today, a new batch of set photos captured from the set of Aquaman emerged online. One of the images shows an extra in the Atlantean armor that was revealed last week.

Another photo reveals Aquaman falling out of a window, shattering it into pieces. Clearly, it’s Jason Momoa’s stunt double performing the scene. Moreover, it looks like the superhero is getting his rear kicked during this sequence. Fans can check it out below (hat tip to ‘DC Cinematic Universe’ for sharing the photos).

The film crew is currently filming in Village Roadshow Studios. Earlier this month, set photos and clips revealed the sets in construction. Furthermore, other set photos also revealed Amber Heard’s stunt double Joanna Bennet performing stunts on a roof top.

By far, Heard’s new body suit for Mera is the only costume revealed by the studio. Fans are eagerly expecting to get their first look at Momoa’s new suit in Aquaman. However, it looks like it’s going to be harder than earlier as sources close to Pursue News say that the security has double since recent leaks.

Earlier, Yahya Abdul-Mateen II trolled some of his followers by baiting them to expect the reveal of his Black Manta suit. It is currently unknown when their costumes are to be revealed.

Lately, several journalists have also had the opportunity to visit the sets of Aquaman. It is currently unknown when Warner Bros. would remove its embargo. But fans can expect more set photos as shooting is expected to go on until October.

Aquaman is officially scheduled to release on December 21st, 2018. Earlier during SDCC, a small teaser from the film was also screened at the event.
