Earlier this week, we got our first look at the Aquaman film crew building Amnesty Bay, the hometown of Arthur Curry for the shooting of the standalone film. Recently, a new report has provided more photos and video clips of the production team working at the Village Roadshows Studio.
Thanks to 7 News Queensland, we have footage of the film crew shooting in water tanks inside Village Roadshows Studio. Fans can rest assured as the video contains no spoilers. The clip just provides a glimpse at the behind-the-scenes of Aquaman. Video has been embedded below.
Gold Coast Bulletin has shared more photos of the film crew working on the set. One of the images also caught Jason Momoa’s stunt double wearing a black tank top.
Momoa and the entire cast are currently residing in Australia and have been filming their parts in the studio. Momoa has also been training hard to stay in shape.
Going by the set photos and clips, it looks like the filming schedule is going as planned for team Aquaman. Recently, Director James Wan and Actress Amber Heard shared the first look at Mera wearing the fish scaled green costume.
In more Aquaman News, Recently, Yahya Abdul-Mateen 2 and Patrick Wilson had a small friendly dual on twitter. Both actors spoke cryptic sharing comic photos of the characters they are set to play in the film. Fans can check it out below.
Aquaman releases in theaters on December 21st, 2018. Prior, the Atlantian superhero will appear in Justice League along with Heard’s Mera. The movie is scheduled to release on November 17th, 2017.
