Arrow Season 6 episode 4 debuts next week. The upcoming segment is titled “Reversal” and it will see the fan-favourite villain get into action as she prepares for another attack on Star City.
Black Siren returns to Star City and continues to create chaos. This will be Katie Cassidy’s second appearance in Arrow Season 6 and it will not disappoint her fans. The CW recently released a promo for “Reversal” and it shows the fierce Black Siren.
As she launches her attack on Star City, she comes face to face with Diggle. However, she is quick to point out that there is something different about him. Scroll down to watch the trailer.
All of this happens just when Oliver Queen starts to put things in order after once again being accused of being the Green Arrow by the FBI itself. With Cassidy on her new mission to destroy Star City, Oliver is forced to return as the Green Arrow.
“Just as Oliver (Stephen Amell) starts to get things in order, Black Siren (Katie Cassidy) launches another attack on the citizens of Star City,” reads the official synopsis for Arrow Season 6 episode 4.
In addition to the promo video, the network has released a set of photos teasing the events of “Reversal.” Spoilersguide has published an entire image gallery where fans can view the photos and take a glimpse of what is coming next.
Meanwhile, fans can expect to learn a bit more about Black Siren’s origin and backstory as she appears for the second time in Season 6. The show is yet to explore the reason behind Black Siren’s grudge against Green Arrow and Star City.
In a recent interview with Comicbook, Cassidy spoke about her return in the series and her backstory.
“Yes, I think the more we learn about her backstory and what her relationship was like with Oliver, absolutely,” Cassidy said. “I think it will make sense in the end and not necessarily make her as bad of a person. You might be like ‘Oh, okay that makes sense.’ Yes, I do think we’ll know more.”
Arrow Season 6 starring Oliver Queen (Green Arrow), Katie Cassidy as Laurel Lance/Black Siren, David Ramsey as John Diggle/Spartan, Willa Holland as Thea Queen, Emily Bett Rickards as Felicity Smoak/Overwatch, Echo Kellum as Curtis Holt/Mr. Terrific and others airs episode 4 on Nov. 2 at 9:00 pm on The CW.
