Diaz attempts to involve Quadrant to gain more power and control over Star City.
At the same time, the next chapter will see Felicity and Curtis lay the foundation of their company Helix Dynamics. A certain decision made by Oliver urges them to build their company faster. Meanwhile, Oliver is determined to take on Diaz alone.
“DIAZ SETS HIS SIGHTS ON THE QUADRANT: Looking to expand his empire, Diaz (guest star Kirk Acevedo) and Laurel (Katie Cassidy) meet with The Quadrant, a coalition of mafia families who run national organized crime. Meanwhile, after Oliver’s (Stephen Amell) recent decision, Felicity (Emily Bett Rickards) and Curtis (Echo Kellum) double their efforts on building Helix Dynamics,” reads the official description of “The Dragon.”
