New concept art for Arrow Season 6 gives the first glimpse of Mr. Terrific and Wild Dog’s looks. While Wild Dog will be seen in a brand new outfit, the look for Mr. Terrific remains unchanged. Read on for the details.
Arrow’s illustrator and designer Andy Poon took to Instagram to share the concept art he did for Mr. Terrific and Wild Dog. For Mr. Terrific, Poon posted a concept art giving details about his costume designed by Maya Mani when the character was introduced in Arrow Season 5.
“Last year Green Arrow got a brand new team and Wilddog was one of the great addition. This year he gets an upgrade on his suit. Here are some concepts I did for costume designer Maya Mani. I love his character on Arrow played by @rickgonzalez and he’s badass and seems like a super cool dude in real life. He is currently raising funds for Puerto Rico, go support him!” reads the caption on Mr. Terrific’s concept art.
As noted by Comicbook, costume for Mr. Terrific remains the same. There will be no changes in his look. Meanwhile, Poon introduces Wild Dog 2.0. Rick Gonzalez’s character will be adorning new look for Arrow Season 6. Wild Dog was first introduced when the show premiered in 2012 and has been donning the same costume for six seasons. However, this year, Wild Dog’s costume gets an upgrade. The website suggests that Wild Dog is expected to get a new mask and proper armor that will serve him better during his missions.

Unfortunately, Wild Dog’s co-creator Terry Beatty is not too thrilled to look at the character’s new look and costume. He took to Facebook to express his disappointment.
“Whatever was unique about his “street level” costume has been replaced with the current standard issue dark armoured uniform — a generic “third Imperial Guard from the left/Death-Blood-Stroke-Stryke/Image big gun” look. Sigh…” Beatty wrote on his Facebook account.
