The annual Arrowverse crossover is just around the corner. The 2017 crossover is titled “Crisis on Earth-X” and it will see the arrival of evil doppelgangers of the fan-favorite superhero on Earth-1. The CW has released its second trailer and it gives a highly anticipated look at episode revealing what to expect.
The 15-second Arrowverse crossover trailer does not give away too much of information. However, it promises an action-packed crossover between Arrow, The Flash, Legends of Tomorrow and Supergirl.
The promo video gives the official first look at the Arrow’s evil doppelganger dressed in Nazi soldier uniform. The clip reveals that no one is safe. The superheroes must come together to protect those who they love and care about.
As reported earlier, the heroes come together for Iris West and Barry Allen’s wedding. Unfortunately, things don’t go as planned. Flying flowers and explosion at what it appears to be the wedding venue suggests total chaos at the wedding.
In addition, the trailer gives a good look at Cisco standing in a church where Iris and Barry are expected to get married. Also, there is a moment when Killer Frost springs into action and fight a soldier from Nazi Earth. Scroll down to watch the trailer.
“Barry (Grant Gustin) and Iris’s (Candice Patton) wedding brings the gang together, but things go awry when villains from Earth-X attack the ceremony. All of the superheroes band together with help from their super friends like Citizen Cold (guest star Wentworth Miller), The Ray (guest star Russell Tovey), Felicity Smoak (guest star Emily Bett Rickards), Iris West and Alex Danvers (guest star Chyler Leigh) to take on their most formidable villains yet. Earth’s mightiest heroes – Green Arrow (guest star Stephen Amell), Supergirl (guest star Melissa Benoist), The Flash (Grant Gustin) and White Canary (guest star Caity Lotz) – lead their teams into battle to save the world,” reads the official synopsis for the Arrowverse crossover 2017.
“Crisis on Earth-X” kicks off on Nov. 27 with Supergirl and Arrow, and concludes on Nov. 28 with The Flash and Legends of Tomorrow. Keep visiting Pursue News for more updates and information.
