In Avengers: Infinity War, Mad Titan Thanos sacrificed the life of his daughter Gamora to get the Soul Stone for the Infinity Gauntlet. Well, fans are still not ready to believe that Gamora is gone for good. They are hopeful that she will be back from the dead along with the other Earth’s Mightiest Heroes in Avengers 4.
Actress Zoe Saldana is also giving fans a lot of hints about her revival through social media. The Guardians of the Galaxy actress recently posted a picture on Instagram which shows her getting her green on for the ongoing Avengers 4 reshoots in Atlanta. The picture shows Saldana getting into her Gamora avatar.

There could likely be two possibilities behind Saldana appearing as Gamora in Avengers 4. One is that the character might not be resurrected and Saldana is just playing a past version of the character, while, the other is that Thanos’ sacrifice of Gamora has placed her within the Soul Stone, meaning she can still make a return somehow.
As Gamora is confirmed to return in the Guardians of the Galaxy 3, it is possible that she will get resurrected along with half of the world’s population who fall prey to Thanos devastating snap by way of time travel.
It is rumored that Avengers 4 will start five years after the events of Infinity War. The upcoming Marvel film will serve as the final film in the MCU Phase 3, so, it is expected that it might also be the last film for a couple for a couple of Marvel characters including Avengers founder members Iron Man, Captain America, and Thor. Actor Chris Evans, who plays Captain America, recently posted an emotional tweet hinting that his stint as the Marvel superhero might be over.
Avengers: Infinity War is now available as a digital download and on Blu-ray and DVD. Avengers 4 will arrive in theaters on May 3, 2019.
