The countdown to the highly anticipated Avengers 4 movie has officially begun. Marvel Studios’ official website has launched a countdown timer that shows the number of days remaining until May 3, 2019, when Avengers: Infinity War sequel is set to release. The countdown features a white Avengers logo with a black background.
There’s nothing much about Avengers 4 that has been revealed until now, except for the film’s release date. The launch of the timer marks beginning of the marketing push for the most awaited film. It is expected that the first Avengers 4 trailer might get released sometime later this month along with film’s title. The URL for the countdown timer currently mentions the film as Avengers: Untitled. No official synopsis has yet been revealed.
Marvel has resorted to the same technique to create hype for Spider-Man: Homecoming sequel titled Spider-Man: Far from Home. The countdown timer shows the number of days remaining for the film’s July 2019 release.
Avengers 4 will follow surviving Avengers after the tragic ending of Infinity War, while Spider-Man: Far from Home will follow Tom Holland’s Peter Parker after the events of Avengers 4.
