The Russo Brothers have finally started filming Avengers 4. Currently, the team is in Atlanta with production ongoing as planned by Marvel Studios.
It was earlier revealed by Joe Russo that filming would kick off in the second week of August. It looks like the directors decided to give another update to the masses before going ahead.
Recently, The Russo Brothers shared a cryptic photo (as usual) on their Instagram account. The image reveals a purple glove. Initially, the placement of the glove might remind us of Thanos’s Infinity Gauntlet. However, it also looks similar to Hawkeye’s hand gear. Fans can check it out below.
The photo’s description also sounds chilling, “Beginning the end.” It was earlier pointed out by Marvel Studios President Kevin Feige that Avengers 4 marks the end of the 22- movie arc. It was also revealed that Spider-Man: Homecoming sequel would be the start of a new chapter for Marvel Cinematic Universe.
Avengers 4 title is still yet to be revealed. But the film has already been named. Marvel Studios would likely reveal it after the release of Avengers: Infinity War as it was reported that the title contains spoilers.
Marvel stars Paul Rudd and Evangeline Lilly is currently in Atlanta to play his lead part in Ant-Man and The Wasp. Earlier, Benedict Cumberbatch was also spotted along with his co-star in while wishing a fan on his birthday. It looks like the actors will also be filming their roles for Avengers 4.
Avengers 4 is slated to release on May 3rd, 2019. However, fans will get to see Thanos a.k.a the Mad Titan crush Thor’s skull in the upcoming Infinity War slated to hit theatres on May 4th, 2018.
