It looks like Iron Man will have his on-screen partner Pepper Potts right by his side in the upcoming Avengers 4. New set photos have confirmed that Gwyneth Paltrow has begun filming her part along with co-star Robert Downey Jr. and Mark Ruffalo.
DailyMail exclusively shared images captured on set which revealed the actress rehearsing her script and preparing to play her part. Fans can check out the photos below.
One of the images gives a closer look at the actress and might have also dropped a major hint Tony Stark’s relationship with Pepper Potts. It looks like the CEO of Stark Industries finally gets engaged to Tony.
Earlier in Spider-Man: Homecoming, the ending scene confirmed that Tony managed to rekindle his relationship with Pepper. Moreover, Happy Hogan (played by Jon Favreau) also makes startling reveal when he takes out an engagement ring, confirming that Tony has been waiting for the right moment for the proposal.
The set image reveals Paltrow wearing an engagement ring which looks quite similar to the one shown in Spider-Man: Homecoming. By the looks of it, Tony may have gotten engaged to Pepper in the upcoming Infinity War or Avengers 4.
Earlier today, Downey Jr. also shared a photo posing with Paltrow and Favreau. This image at the least confirms that the three will be present in the upcoming MCU films.
Avengers 4 is currently filming in Atlanta. Earlier set photos revealed the film crew carrying out production in a set built to portray Tokyo, Japan. The movie is scheduled to hit theatres on May 3rd, 2019.
