Entertainment Tonight’s exclusive Avengers: Infinity War video shown on Monday night offered fans some behind-the-scenes revelations including interviews with the cast involved in making the film.
The footage showed Black Panther actors Chadwick Boseman (T’Challa) and Danai Gurira (Okoye) joking about Gurira geeking out on the set, referring to the particular scene where she stands alongside the Avengers while preparing for the Wakanda battle.
Then there’s Chris Evans (Captain America) and Scarlett Johansson (Black Widow) who can be seen discussing Evans’ beard. “He took prenatal vitamins actually,” Johansson joked.
In the video, Mark Ruffalo says that there are so many superheroes in Avengers: Infinity War that his character Bruce Banner/Hulk barely got to speak in the film.
“No wonder I only have, like, four lines in the whole movie,” he laughed.
The footage showed some shots of the battle on Wakanda before the computer-generated effects. Fans also got a quick glimpse of Anthony Mackie suited up as the Falcon in front of a green screen. All in all, except the small interview bytes, the footage did not show any new scenes from the finished film, which fans have been eagerly waiting for ever since the film’s release date got pushed up one week. You can check out the video below.
Notably, Avengers: Infinity War is less than two months away from its premiere, but information about the film’s final trailer is still not available.
Recently, a twitter fan hilariously threatened to throw a moon at Marvel Studios, directors Joe and Anthony Russo, and producer Louis D’Esposito, just like Thanos in one of the film posters, if they don’t release Avengers: Infinity War second trailer.
Replying back, D’Esposito assured him that the second Avengers: Infinity War trailer was coming soon.
“Be patient,” D’Esposito Tweeted. “It’s coming. Please don’t throw a moon at us #AvengersInfinityWar”
We are hopeful that we will get to know more about Avengers: Infinity War in the coming weeks before it lands in theaters on April 27, 2018.
