A couple of Avengers: Infinity War concept art has surfaced online offering a look at some of the early character designs for Black Widow, Iron Man, Captain America, Thor, Spider-Man, Winter Soldier, and Thanos.
Scarlett Johansson’s Natasha Romanoff aka Black Widow donned a completely new look in Avengers: Infinity War. She was seen in a new green suit with bleach blonde hair, instead of her traditional black jumpsuit and red hair. But the concept art, which appears in Marvel’s “Avengers: Infinity War – The Art of the Movie” by concept artist David @akaspidey, shows Natasha’s donning the same look as before. None of the concept art shows her blonde-haired look.

Interestingly, early character design for Chris Hemsworth’s Thor in Avengers: Infinity War shows the God of Thunder using a gun instead of Stormbreaker. The concept art shows different looks that were considered for the fan-favorite Marvel characters Iron Man and Captain America as well as the super bad villain Thanos. The character design shows Thanos donning different suits with and without jackets.

Just recently, Comic Book Movie released a few more concept arts on their Instagram. You can find them all below.
Fortunately enough Iron Man, Captain America, Thor, Hulk, and Black Widow survived the events of Avengers: Infinity War and will appear in next year’s Avengers 4, which is likely to seek sacrifice of some of the characters.
Recent reports suggest Marvel Studios is also planning to make a Black Widow solo movie, which will be a prequel set years prior to the events of 2012’s The Avengers. The movie will reportedly be written by Jac Schaeffer and directed by Cate Shortland. According to the Hollywood Reporter, Johansson will be paid a whopping $15 million for the upcoming solo film.
Johansson has played Black Widow in six Marvel Cinematic Universe films including Iron Man 2, Avengers, Captain America: Winter Soldier, Avengers: Age of Ultron, Captain America: Civil War and the recent Infinity War.
What if this concept art will be used for a scene in #Avengers4 (they worked on A4 and IW at the same time) where the avengers are messing with time and the quantum dimension to get the infinity stones and it’s #Thor who dies by getting his neck snapped and not #Loki 👀 pic.twitter.com/G2qO1RV8Xa
