Avengers: Infinity War- First Close-up Look At Bucky’s Golden Arm

With the release date of Avengers: Infinity War inching closer, a lot of new information about the Marvel characters in the film are pouring in every day. Recently, a new photo has popped up on Reddit, which gives fans a detailed look at Bucky Barnes’s (Sebastian Stan) new golden arm that he will be seen sporting in the upcoming movie.

After Captain America: Civil War, fans were pretty sure that Bucky/The Winter Soldier would get a new arm. However, they weren’t sure about how the new tool would look like. It seems as Bucky ended up going home with T’Challa to Wakanda at the end of Captain America: Civil War, he has some Wakanda influence on his arm. It might be that his arm could be made of Vibranium. You can check out the Avengers: Infinity War’s exclusive picture below.

In the picture, Bucky can be seen with his new bionic arm, which looks a bit darker and has some gold-tinted markings running through it. The picture also has a written definition of the word kintsugi, which is the Japanese art of repairing something with gold.

Another picture which has been making the rounds on the internet shows Captain America (Chris Evans), Okoye (Danai Gurira), Black Panther (Chadwick Boseman), Black Widow (Scarlett Johansson), and Bucky (Sebastian Stan) backed by the King T’Challa’s army.

The fascinating thing about Avengers: Infinity War is that the film will feature as many as 76 characters from the Marvel Cinematic Universe, including almost 40 Marvel superheroes. Fans will see their favorite Avengers and the Guardians of the Galaxy heroes battle against Marvel’s super-villain Thanos and the Black Order as they attempt to secure the Infinity Stones.

The movie is rumored to have a runtime of around 2 hours and 30 minutes (150 minutes).  If it turns out to be true then Avengers: Infinity War will be the longest film in the history of Marvel Cinematic Universe.

Directed by Anthony and Joe Russo,  Avengers: Infinity War is now set to release in theatres on April 27.
