Bruce Banner and his alter ego, The Incredible Hulk, played by Mark Ruffalo will find a new friend and buddy in Rocket Raccoon in the upcoming Marvel Studios most ambitious extravaganza Avengers: Infinity War.
Mark Ruffalo, in an interview with USA Today, teased the fun element and the friendship between the biggest and the smallest superheroes in Avengers: Infinity War. He said, “It’s a very funny relationship that the two of them have: First of all, it’s the biggest superhero and the smallest. Just keeping them in a frame together is a feat and hilarious in itself.”
One can imagine without Ruffalo saying that the dynamics between the hulk and Rocket would be a hilarious visual. Since The Hulk character has also been given a voice, it would interesting to see how his dialogues develop and are used as a means of interaction with other Marvel superheroes.
This is a very interesting revelation and the pairing in itself might not be very different than the pairing of Rocket and Groot in Guardians of the Galaxy. Even though Hulk and Rocket are of opposite sizes, they have a lot in common, one of them is their short temper. The second is that both of them are not too friendly. Even though Rocket does not explode himself in rage like Bruce, he can be quite a guy deal with when he is angry!
The pairing between Rocket and Hulk is something that fans can look forward to in Avengers: The Infinity War as both have their fan following. Their friendship will be yet another feather in the film considering the teaming up of all the superheroes.
Fans are eagerly waiting to see the first trailer of the film, and that might happen any moment. Avengers: The Infinity War is due to hit the theaters on 25 April 2018. Directed by Anthony Russo and Joe Russo, the film boasts a huge star cast that includes Robert Downey Jr., Karen Gillan, Mark Ruffalo, Gwyneth Paltrow, Pom Klementieff, Chris Pratt, Dave Bautista, Scarlett Johansson, Tom Holland, Benedict Cumberbatch, Zoe Saldana, Cobie Smulders, Sebastian Stan, Chris Hemsworth, Tom Hiddleston, Jeremy Renner, and Josh Brolin among many others.
