While fans are eagerly waiting for the second Avengers: Infinity War trailer to get rolled out, the highly anticipated movie has just received a new television spot. Unfortunately, there’s nothing to be excited about the new television spot as it shows no new footage. What you see is just a mix of scenes from the previous trailer, except for its “end is near” sound bite. The sound bite advertises Avengers: Infinity War’s new release date of April 27.
It was in the first week of March that Marvel Studios announced the release date of its upcoming superhero movie has been moved up one week from May 4 to April 27. The news was revealed through a social media interaction with Iron Man star Robert Downey Jr.
As far as the second Avengers: Infinity War trailer is concerned, it is expected to get released sometime this week. Considering the fact that the film is less than two months away from its release, it’s high time for fans get to see a sneak peek of what the film is going to offer in a brand new trailer.
Last week, Entertainment Weekly dropped eight new Avengers: Infinity War exclusive photos featuring Ironman, Hulk, Doctor Strange, Spider-Man, Black Widow, TChalla, Captain America, Thanos, Shuri, Bruce Banner, and Wong.
In one of the pictures, Thanos can be seen getting ready to rip off a moon out of orbit and throw it at somebody. Marvel has confirmed that the shot is actually on Titan, the ruined homeworld of Thanos.
Interestingly, a fan took to Twitter and threatened to throw a moon, just like Thanos, at Marvel Studios, directors Joe and Anthony Russo, and producer Louis D’Esposito if they don’t release the film’s second trailer soon.
D’Esposito replied back requesting the fan to not throw the moon on them and assuring him that second Avengers: Infinity War trailer is coming soon.
“Be patient,” D’Esposito Tweeted. “It’s coming. Please don’t throw a moon at us #AvengersInfinityWar”
Avengers: Infinity War will hit theatres on April 27, 2018.
