It looks like the filming of Avengers: Infinity War continues in downtown Atlanta. Recently, Benedict Cumberbatch and Benedict Wong were once again spotted together on set.
UPDATE: A new photo shows Downey Jr. possibly filming an action scene. Furthermore, a tweet from Atlanta Filming has revealed that “tomorrow [29th June]” is the last day of filming on Walton St. Tweet is embedded below.
Mark Ruffalo and Robert Downey Jr. aren’t to be seen in the picture. However, it is likely that the two are also present on set for the filming. Going by the earlier photos, it looks like the production in Atlanta currently only involves Doctor Strange, Wong, Bruce Banner and Tony Stark.
Cumberbatch and Wong are still in their character attire in the photo. By the looks of it, both actors seem to have been taking a break between the filming of scenes.
The earlier photos confirmed that all MCU characters present for production in Atlanta are filming scenes set in New York City. The location was constructed to look devastated by an attack which is currently unknown.
An image also revealed Iron Man geared up for a fight. All photos from the set suggest that Doctor Strange, Bruce Banner, Wong and Iron Man were indeed filming an action scene. However, it is currently unknown who or what are targeting the Avengers in New York.
The filming in downtown Atlanta is expected to go on till the end of this week. Although some fans have been able to capture photos and video clip of the actor’s filming scenes- the entire road has been blocked to avoid any form of chaos during production.
Avengers: Infinity War hits theaters on May 4th, 2018. Fans can also expect some action from Doctor Strange in his upcoming cameo in Thor: Ragnarok. The film hits theaters later this year on November 3rd.
