Movies like Batman v Superman, Watchmen and 300 have one thing in common. These films contained some of the best hand-to-hand combat scenes.
The above mentioned titles were helmed by Zack Snyder. The director is quite known in the industry for his creative fight scenes and is widely appreciated. But we seem to forget a team that has helped the director successfully pull off those combat sequences.
It is a fact that Snyder has one of the best stunt team in Hollywood. Recently, STITCHER had brought in stunt artist Richard Cetrone for its podcast to talk about his career and share his experience working with Snyder.
Cetrone is one of the few stunt actors that have worked with Snyder on various projects. He was the stunt double for Ben Affleck in Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice.
During the podcast, Cetrone initially spoke about how his career as stuntman kick-started. Later on, he spoke about his time working as the stunt double for The Gotham superhero in Batman v Superman.
The stunt actor also shares his struggling moments wearing the tight bat suit. Going by the podcast, DCEU is certainly blessed to have a stunt man like Cetrone on board.
Cetrone praises Snyder as one of the best directors he had the opportunity to work within the industry. Fans can watch the whole podcast below and hear his stories from the DC film set.
Recently, Cetrone was also the stunt double for Ben Affleck as The Batman in Justice League. The film is currently in post-production and is scheduled to release on November 17th.
