Birds of Prey soundtrack list reveals Black Canary cover song & more [FULL DETAILS]

Warner Bros. upcoming R-rated DC film, Birds of Prey is inching closer to its release this February. Meanwhile, the studio is doing everything it can to promote the movie along with releasing another brand new trailer with rich new footages featuring Harley Quinn, Black Mask & more.

If that wasn’t enough, the tracklist for Birds of Prey was fully released earlier on Thursday. Warner Bros. has also confirmed the details along with a list of female artists that have helped put together the album. Tracks named in the list are as follows: Joke’s On You by Charlotte Lawrence, Smile by Maisie Peters. You can check out the rest below.

One particular detail that’s sure to attract a lot of fans is the track listed for Jurnee Smollett-Bell who plays as Black Canary in Birds of Prey. It looks like fans could witness seeing the character sing the cover ‘It’s a Man’s Man’s World”. This seemingly confirms Black Canary’s arc as a rockstar.

The list also confirms a few of the songs which were speculated to be in the movie early on such as Doja Cat’s “Boss Bitch”, Megan Thee Stallion & Normani’s “Diamonds”, and Halsey’s “Experiment on Me”. Other talented female artists like Lauren Jauregui, Summer Walker, and Whipped Cream can be spotted on the list.

Birds of Prey (and the Fantabulous Emancipation of One Harley Quinn) soundtrack will be released on February 7 on the same day as the movie’s worldwide release. The film rated R, is directed by Cathy Yan from a script penned by Christina Hodson.

The recently released new trailer offers the first clear look at Black Mask donning his comic accurate headgear. Few teasing glimpses suggest the movie could amaze the audience with its action sequences. More such teasing promotional materials are expected this month prior to the movie’s release.
