Brie Larson Says Captain Marvel Has The Strength To Move Planets

Marvel Universe’s first female superhero Captain Marvel is already being hyped as the strongest hero in the MCU. Now actress Brie Larson, who is essaying the role of the superhero character in the standalone Captain Marvel film, has revealed how powerful the hero will be.

During a recent interview with E!, Larson revealed that Captain Marvel is so strong that she can even move planets.

She’s so, so strong. She can move planets!” the actress said.

Larson said that she is really proud of the film that they are making. She also assured fans that all of the hype and the anticipation for Captain Marvel will be worth it. You can check out the interview clip below.

During another interview with Variety at the Crystal + Lucy Awards, the Captain Marvel actress revealed how much she’s learned about her own inward and outward strength while preparing for and playing the Marvel female superhero.

I will say that I learned that I’m much stronger than I realize in playing her,” the actress said.

Marvel Studios boss Kevin Feige recently showcased some exclusive Captain Marvel footage at the CineEurope 2018 event. The footage in question basically focused on Larson’s Carol Danvers and her powers and also revealed that she will become the new face and leader of the Marvel Cinematic Universe.

Rumor has it that Carol Danvers will take on the role of Tony Stark or Steve Rogers for the MCU moving forward as both Robert Downey Jr. and Chris Evans will likely give up their superhero suits for good after Avengers 4.

Avengers 4 screenwriters Stephen McFeely and Christopher Markus have already confirmed that Captain Marvel and Ant-Man will play significant roles in the upcoming film as they join Earth’s mightiest heroes in their battle against Mad Titan Thanos.

Directed by Anna Boden and Ryan Fleck, Captain Marvel is set to hit theaters on March 8, 2019.
