Captain Marvel Fans Have A Message For Thanos After Witnessing 2nd Trailer

Marvel Studios made good on its promise by rolling out the second Captain Marvel trailer during the Monday Night Football game between Philadelphia and Washington. The trailer shows Captain Marvel’s encounter with an old looking lady on one of the Los Angeles subway trains who actually is an alien shapeshifter, Skrull, in disguise. She can be seen fighting back even managing to knock Carol off her feet.

The trailer follows Larson’s Captain Marvel who begins to question her history after she crash-lands back on Earth and begins remembering her previous life on Earth before she became part-Kree and a superhero.  The trailer offers an up-close look at the Skrulls leader Talos. It also shows Annette Bening as a Kree scientist or leader who seems to be responsible for transforming Carol into a Kree warrior. One of the best scenes in the trailer shows Nick Fury greeting Carol’s cat named “Goose.”

So, Skrulls are the bad guys? And you’re a Kree, a race of noble warriors?” Nick says in the trailer.

“Heroes,” Carol corrects him adding “Noble warrior heroes.”

Social media is already filled with fans reactions on the second Captain Marvel trailer. Some fans have filled Twitter with tweets warning Thanos to get prepared for an encounter with Captain Marvel. It is expected that Captain Marvel will come to the rescue of the surviving Avengers in their fight against the Mad Titan in Avengers 4.

You can check out their reactions in the tweets below.

Set in the mid-’90s, years before the events of Iron Man, Captain America: The First Avenger, The Incredible Hulk, and Thor in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, Captain Marvel will showcase how Carol, an Air Force pilot, becomes Captain Marvel after her DNA is fused with that of an alien during an accident bestowing her with superpowers of strength, energy projection, and flight.

Captain Marvel is set to hit theaters on March 8, 2019.
