After undergoing significant reshoots, Doctor Strange 2 is finally past the filming stage and has entered post-production. Now, work behind the scenes is underway, and veteran music composer Danny Elfman has offered a glimpse at his ongoing work with Steve Bartek in the sound lab.

Elfman tweeted a sleeve of images from the sound studio alongside guitarist Bartek, the two working on the score for Doctor Strange 2. However, there appear to be no scenes from the film on their screen, instead, it’s the orchestra team performing and telecasted via Zoom. Readers can check it out below.

MCU fans were thrilled to see the teasing glimpse from Elfman, some more excited for his score for Tom Holland‘s Spider-Man in the film. The friendly neighborhood superhero has a cameo in the sequel.

Marvel Studios’ anticipated multiverse flick, titled Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness, starring Benedict Cumberbatch in the titular role will explore the undoings of Doctor Strange’s evil twin. Added, the Master of the Mystic Arts won’t be alone in his quest to fix his mistakes with Elizabeth Olsen‘s Wanda and a new character called America Chavez (Xochitl Gomez) helping him, as shown in the trailer below.

Wild rumors have so far claimed the multiverse sequel will showcase an Iron Man variant played by Tom Cruise. Apparently, it’s Marvel’s way of playing around the idea since the Mission Impossible actor was once in negotiations to play Tony Stark in Marvel Cinematic Universe. Furthermore, cameos from Hugh Jackman’s Wolverine & the introduction of the Fantastic Four were also claimed, though there’s no authentic report so far. So fans are advised to take the news with a grain of salt.
