While Spider-Man has been at the front and center of No Way Home’s trailers – Doctor Strange also has his prominent spotlight due to the prevalence of the multiverse narrative in the Marvel Cinematic Universe. Though, it’s also got some wondering if the Marvel fandom will be graced with the first look from Doctor Strange: Multiverse of Madness.
Online speculations have been rampant for Doctor Strange 2 and earlier this week, film pundit Big Screen leaks sounded off the rumor mill claiming the first teaser for the sequel starring Benedict Cumberbatch’s sorcerer supreme will arrive by the year wraps up. “You’re getting the [Multiverse of Madness] trailer before the end of the year. Now, new insider info coming from the folks at Cinema Reviewed suggests a teaser trailer for Doctor Strange: Multiverse of Madness will be in Spider-Man: No Way Home as the second post-credits scene. If true, it’s a smart way to utilize factor the hype surrounding Doctor Strange’s role in the upcoming film.

It must be noted the new rumor does not claim to know the public release date of the Doctor Strange teaser. So if the report is to be believed, the teaser will be exclusive to theatrical viewers. fans wondering about the first post-credits scene can look for the details below but fair warning as it contains potential spoilers.
It was claimed by film insider RPK News that Charlie Cox’s Matt Murdock will appear in the first post-credits scene. Though, the pundit has also indicated the possibility of the blind lawyer appearing during the main act of the film at some point as well. Added, the report states it won’t be in the vigilante persona as the Devil of Hell’s Kitchen, at least not yet.
So fans are advised to take this news with a grain of salt. Rest assured, MCU Chief Kevin Feige has confirmed the actor’s return. Meanwhile, Big Screen Leaks has also claimed the Doctor Strange 2 teaser would also include Gargantos, a one-eyed sea monster.
