Avengers: Infinity War was quite emotionally draining and things are going to get worse in Avengers 4, at least according to actress Elizabeth Olsen who plays Scarlett Witch in Marvel Cinematic Universe. The fact that Thanos can do nearly anything with Infinity Gauntlet in his hand is already quite terrifying.
After using the Infinity Gauntlet at the end of Infinity War, he turned half of the universe’s population to dust even inducing some of the Earth’s Mightiest Heroes. Marvel fans already know that it won’t be an easy task for the surviving Avengers to bring them all from the dead.
Elizabeth and Loki actor Tom Hiddleston recently attended the ACE Comic-Con, which was held this weekend in Chicago. The two gave audiences some information about what they can expect from Avengers 4, reported ComicBook.com.
The actress teased that things aren’t going to get better for Wanda Maximoff in Avengers: Infinity War. “It’s only going to get worse,” Olsen said addressing the crowd.
Hiddleston went on to discuss the sacrifices their characters made in Infinity War. He said that Olsen’s Scarlet Witch killing Paul Bettany’s Vision to keep the Mind Stone out of the hands of Thanos was kind of a sacrifice.
“The thing you have to do at the end of Infinity War is a kind of sacrifice and arguably Loki makes a similar one,” Hiddleston told Olsen.
When the actress asked Hiddleston if his character Loki actually died in Infinity War or if he will make a return in Avengers 4, he refused to offer any detail. It will be interesting to see how the events will unfold in the upcoming movie since it has been revealed that the fourth installment begins 5 years after the events of Infinity War.
“Your guess is as good as mine,” Hiddleston said. The Russo Brothers recently took to Twitter to announce the end of Avengers 4 reshoots. The directing duo posted a mysterious new picture with a hashtag “wrapped.” You can check out the post below.
