Marvel fans who were hoping to get a glimpse of the first Avengers 4 trailer on Wednesday will have to wait for long as new rumors suggest the trailer release might have been delayed once again.

According to Collider’s Steve Weintraub, the Avengers 4 trailer release has been delayed to a later date, which still remains unknown.

“Here’s a bit more info. Heard the Avengers 4 trailer was going to drop last week. Then I heard this Wednesday. Now I’m hearing the date has changed. Again. So anyone that tells you they know for sure when the trailer is dropping doesn’t know what they are talking about,” Steve’s tweet read.

While Steve isn’t sure of Avengers 4’s trailer release date, Twitter user @DanielRPK who has an impressive track record of breaking exclusive inside scoops, claims that the highly-anticipated trailer will launch on Friday, December 7 at around 9 a.m. ET.

“First trailer for Avengers 4 will drop this Friday morning. And yes this is final,” Daniel noted on Twitter.

As Daniel is not associated with Marvel Studios, it is advised to take the information with a big pinch of salt. Apparently, as per reports, the trailer release, which was scheduled for Wednesday, was pushed back, due to President George H.W. Bush’s funeral. Wednesday has been declared a National Day of Mourning in the U.S. This seems to be a valid reason for the studio to push the trailer release to Friday, December 7. The trailer is expected to drop on ABC’s Good Morning America, which is part of the Disney/Marvel family.

With the second Captain Marvel trailer already out, fans have great hopes that rumors and reports of Avengers 4 and Spider-Man: Far From Home trailer release will also turn out to be true. The first Spider-Man: Far From Home trailer is expected to drop this weekend.

Captain Marvel will debut in theatres on March 8, 2019, followed by Avengers 4 on May 3, 2019, and Spider-Man: Far From Home on July 5, 2019.
