Chris Hemsworth’s new look in Thor: Ragnarok has had enormous support from Marvel fans since it was first revealed through set photos. Earlier, in the official debut trailer-viewers also got a good glimpse at his new attire and were relieved to know that the actor looks stunning as usually compared to his appearance in past Marvel movies.
Recently, Empire Magazine shared an exclusive new look at the God of Thunder from Thor: Ragnarok. The photo gives a detailed close up at Thor’s new hairstyle and his armor. Furthermore, the scene is from the barbaric planet known as Sakaar- a place where gladiators battle for the Grandmaster’s pleasure (played by Jeff Goldblum). The official debut trailer revealed Thor imprisoned on the planet after being captured by Valkyrie (played by Tessa Thompson).
Thor will fight in the same attire in the gladiator arena against The Hulk (played by Mark Ruffalo) as revealed in the official debut trailer. Loki was also spotted in the promo video seated beside the Grandmaster.
Thor: Ragnarok hits theaters on November 3rd. earlier, the God of Thunder also made a cameo appearance in the end credits of Doctor Strange. The magician superhero character also has a short screen time in Ragnarok.
Currently, Hemsworth is in Scotland for the filming of Avengers: Infinity War along with his co-star Ruffalo. The actor has also been training hard to keep up his god-like physique for playing as Thor in the MCU film.
Thor’s new photo has also been featured in the print magazine. Fans can grab a copy of the issue at the nearest newsstand on May 18th.
