Henry Cavill Shares Clip Celebrating Star Wars Day With Dog Kal-El

Henry Cavill has lately been embracing the pop culture a lot on social media. Last week, the actor shared a selfie wearing the Man of Steel costume- thanking his fellow stars playing as fictional characters on National Superhero day.

Earlier, the actor shared a new clip to show fans that he has been celebrating Star Wars day as well. Cavill posted a small video of his dog Kal-El goofing around with the Man of Steel actor.

In 2015, Cavill was first spotted with his new dog Kal-El at LAX airport. It was revealed that the Big Bear Ankita was an emotional support dog. It was speculated that the British actor could be scared of flying. However, it hasn’t been confirmed.

Since then, Cavill has shared quite a few snaps of Kal-El on his Instagram profile. Earlier, the actor used to tease his fans by sharing photos of his Ankita dog with captions like “Kal looking for Hal.” Fans can check it out below.

For those unaware, Cavill named his dog after Superman’s birth name given by his biological parents on Krypton. Fans on social media usually compare Ankita to Krypto, Superman’s fictional pet dog in DC Comics.

Henry Cavill is currently busy filming his part with Tom Cruise in Mission Impossible 6. Later this year, fans will get to see him don as The Man of Steel again in the upcoming Justice League. The DC film releases on November 17th.

Cavill will reprise his DC character again for the Man of Steel sequel. Although reports have confirmed the project, the studio hasn’t made an announcement yet.
