Mission: Impossible 6 might be bringing in a new actor from DC movies (Henry Cavill), but it has lost its Marvel actor. It has been revealed that Jeremy Renner won’t appear as William Brandt in the upcoming film.

Renner’s schedule is jam packed as he is currently filming for Avengers: Infinity War. Furthermore, he is also set to appear in Ant-Man and the Wasp. As the actor is busy with MCU, he will not be a part of Mission: Impossible 6, reported showbiz411.

It is possible that Mission: Impossible 6 Director Christopher McQuarrie would replace Renner’s character with Cavill. However, no details have been shared regarding the Man of Steel actor’s new role in the spy movie.

Renner plays as Hawkeye in MCU. The character first appeared in Avengers released in 2012. Recently, the Hawkeye actor shared a photo on his twitter. “Ahhhhh. The gang of friends await…” wrote Renner. Fans can check out the image he shared in the tweet below.

In 2016, Renner managed to have his scheduled open to play in the Oscar-winning Sci-Fi movie Arrival. He also reprised his Marvel character Hawkeye in Captain America: Civil War as well.

In other Marvel News, Tom Holland revealed that he gave quite scare to the executives at Marvel Studios. The Spider-Man actor seemed to have forgotten to hand in his script after his day of filming at Marvel.

It eventually caused huge ruckus as all Marvel actors are instructed to hand in their scripts before leaving work. Unfortunately, Holland didn’t seem to get the message as revealed by the actor during his interview with Variety. Fans can read more about it here.
