John Wick 3 filming is currently ongoing in New York. Since production is taking place in an outdoor location, its given fans the opportunity to capture on-set pictures and share them on social media. Pursue News recently came across some John Wick 3 set images on Instagram which gives us the first look at the threequel’s logo and more.
Instagram user Hoolysavage shared a behind-the-scenes picture that offers the first glimpse of the new John Wick 3 logo on what seems to be the director’s chair from the set. The picture in question shows a chair with the new logo on it. You can check out the new John Wick 3 logo below.
We also found some pictures of Keanu Reeves in his John Wick avatar. In one of the pictures, a suited up Reeves can be seen holding a bouquet of white roses, while in the other picture he is seen sitting on the floor. The last of the lot shows Reeves wearing a casual pair of jeans and t-shirt.
Recently, a batch of John Wick 3 set photos surfaced online that featured the John Wick actor shooting with his four-legged canine co-star. Oscar-winning actress Halle Berry, who has been roped in to star opposite Reeves as Sofia, was also clicked chatting with the actor on John Wick 3 set last week. Berry is expected to begin shooting for the film very soon.
Reeves was also photographed on the John Wick 3 set encountering Mark Dacascos who is essaying the role of the movie’s main villain Zero. The pictures showed Zero dragging the titular super-assassin on the floor. The scene was shot in Manhattan’s Wall Street area. Pictures of Laurence Fishburne sword fighting with Dacascos in the rain on a building rooftop also went viral online.
The Chad Stahelski directed film, John Wick 3, stars Keanu Reeves as John Wick, Halle Berry as Sofia, Laurence Fishbourne, Mark Dacascos, Ian McShane, Lance Reddick, Jason Mantzoukas, Anjelica Houston, Asia Kate Dillon, Yayan Ruhian, Tiger Hu Chen and Cecep Arif Rahman.
The film is set to hit theaters on May 17, 2019.
