Justice League actor Ray Fisher, who plays DC superhero Cyborg, recently met with his former director, Zack Snyder, at the filmmaker’s office in Burbank. He shared a picture of himself with Snyder in what appears to be a gym together on his Twitter account.
“Me and the Cap’n making it happen… #BORGLIFE,” Fisher captioned the picture. Snyder also posted the same picture on his Vero account, saying, “Look who’s hanging out at the office today.”
Fisher made his big-screen debut as Cyborg in the DC films directed by Snyder. The actor made a brief appearance in Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice before appearing in Justice League.
The latest picture has already started up some speculation about Fisher and Snyder working together again. While the real reason behind Fisher visiting Snyder hasn’t been determined, it is unlikely to have any connection with the DC movie universe, especially after the Justice League debacle. It might be that Fisher was in the area where Snyder’s office is situated and so he decided to give him a visit.
Notably, Snyder is currently working on developing The Fountainhead, an adaptation of Ayn Rand’s 1943 novel of the same name.
Last month, during an interview at the Heroes & Villains FanFest in New Jersey, when Fisher was asked to comment on the status of his upcoming movie, he replied that he had no clue what’s going on. He revealed that the makers they don’t tell him anything until the very last minute. The Cyborg actor added that the massive amount of CGI work required on the film will likely increase the film’s budget to around $200 million.
The Cyborg solo movie doesn’t have a release date attached yet. However, fans will next see the DC superhero in action in the DC Universe series Doom Patrol, which is set to premiere in 2019.
