Justice League Cast Respond To Green Lantern Questions

Green Lantern’s presence in DCEU’s upcoming superhero film Justice League is certain. In fact, its presence was confirmed after a footage from the film was revealed at a fan event in China. However, the cast of the film has so far chosen not to reveal any information about the Green Lantern.

Even though the marketing campaign for Zack Snyder’s superhero team-up is focusing on the five superheroes (Batman, Wonder Woman, Aquaman, the Flash, and Cyborg) that make the Justice League team, the entire cast and crew have time and again teased many surprises in store for its fans. Diane Lane who plays Martha Kent, mom of Clark Kent/Superman also teased the surprised ahead. Apart from Superman returning to life, fans are looking forward to seeing a Green Lantern cameo. Rumors have been doing the rounds for quite some time about multiple lanterns appearing in the film, suggesting the existence of the Green Lantern Corps.

Recently, a Twitter user by the name FIONA IS ALL IN, who happened to be one of the many attendees at a special event organized to promote the film in China mentioned about the green lantern in very clear words. She tweeted, “#JustcieLeague #earlierScreening is over……All the ppl in the theater went Crazy“a film you have never see”!&there is a light of green, yes. When she was further probed by one of her followers, she replied, “Green Lantern confirmed.”

However, the cast of Justice League is not ready to give out any surprises as yet. When asked about the presence of Green Lantern in the film, Ben Affleck replied laughingly. “Green Lantern is doing his own solo movie.” Ray Fisher, who plays Cyborg was serious and answered with a firm face, “ I’ve never even heard of that, I don’t even know what that is.”

Justice League is all set to hit the theaters on November 17. The film stars Ben Affleck as Batman, Gal Gadot as Wonder Woman, Momoa as Aquaman, Henry Cavill as Superman, Willem Dafoe as Vulko, Ezra Miller as The Flash, Diane Lane as Martha Kent, Simmons as Commissioner Gordon, Amy Adams as Lois Lane, Jason Amber Heard as Mera, Ray Fisher as Cyborg, Jesse Eisenberg as Lex Luthor, J.K.
