A recent rumor has hyped the DCEU fans to expect some new Justice League footage at the upcoming San Diego Comic-Con. A tweet by a DC film fan group broke the news that Warner Bros. would debut trailer 2 from the film at the grand event on July 22nd.
For starters, the Twitter account “DC Extended Universe” has claimed to have learned the trailer news from several of its sources. However, fans must take the news with a grain of salt although it’s most likely that Warner Bros. could debut new footage from Justice League.
The tweet has managed to trend and has also convinced some news website that the poster shared by the user is an official promo material. However, it has been revealed that it is indeed a fan art.
Going by my source, the trailer 2 reveal at SDCC hasn’t been officially announced to them yet [frome HQ I believe]. However, it’s most likely that WB officials are sitting on the announcement news till further instructions. Meanwhile, fans can expect new footage from Justice League at the event. Although, it’s too early to call it trailer 2 rather call it a teaser till further notice.
THR has also reported that Warner Bros. screened “footage” from Justice League at CineEurope. But it has been suggested that the studio could have just presented the extended version of the trailer.
The Wrap Reporter Umberto Gonzalez also tweeted to a fan’s query regarding the Justice League trailer 2. The journalist also seems to be set on expecting the trailer at SDCC 2017 in Hall H. Fans can check out his tweet below.
