Justice League, which is all set to hit the theatres next month will continue from where Batman v Superman left off last year. Fans will be able to view the battered Mech Batsuit that was worn by The Batman in the climax scene against the Man of Steel, but not exactly the way one would expect.
Justice League will cover the journey of the characters of Bruce Wayne and Diana Prince as they forge ahead in a mission to unite all the superheroes of the world to fight the evil forces of Steppenwolf. One thing that fans can hope to see once again is the Dark Knight’s armor that will be displayed in the collections hidden in the Batcave. Empire Magazine confirmed this after touring Justice League‘s Batcave.
“We’re in the Batcave – or part of the Batcave – and everything’s suitably bleak and rocky. The specially modified Batsuit that was Batbattered by Superman towards the end of Dawn of Justice is on display, a permanent reminder to Bruce Wayne of the dangers of hubris”
Going by what Empire has to say, it seems like Bruce Wayne will most likely not be adorning the Batsuit though we cannot be absolutely sure. Whether the Mech Suit will be featured in Justice League merely for display purpose or whether it will be worn again by Batman is not known as yet.
For now, we know that the battered Batsuit will be displayed in the Batcave, constantly reminding Batman of the final clash he had with Superman and the mistake he committed in not trusting the hero.
Keeping the Batsuit away as part of his collections is a sign of Batman’s maturity from the time he fought against the Man of Steel. He now does not wish to change the world on his own, but will reach out to all the superheroes of the world (Aquaman, Cyborg, Wonder Woman, and the Flash) to fight against one enemy – Steppenwolf.
Justice League will release on November 17, 2017. The film stars Ben Affleck, Henry Cavill, Gal Gadot, Ezra Miller, Jason Momoa, Ray Fisher, Amy Adams, Amber Heard, Jesse Eisenberg, Jeremy Irons, Willem Dafoe, J.K. Simmons, Connie Nielsen, and Ciarán Hinds.
