Earlier during the weekend, Comic-Con India took over Hyderabad to surprise the city with its grand Pop Culture event. This year, there were several new main attractions with two of its experiential zones appealing to the DC and Marvel fans.

Comic-Con India surprised its attendees at Hyderabad with the Thor: Ragnarok and Justice League Experience zone. By the looks of it, it was clearly a showstopper at the event.

The fans were treated with life-size statues of Thor and Gladiator Hulk along with character posters at the Thor: Ragnarok Zone. At the Justice League Experience, All of the five superheroes were on open display for the attendees to capture photos with the statues.

Clearly, these zones were also a part of Marvel Studios and Warner Bros. promotion for Thor: Ragnarok and Justice League. Earlier last month, Marvel went big with its marketing for its upcoming titles with its full-page ads on a local newspaper in India. Fans take a look at it below.

While these experience zones aren’t on par with NYCC and SDCC, it is clearly a good start for Comic-Con India. Furthermore, the attendees were also given free Justice League posters as well. All photos can be found below.

There were other Experiential Zones for TV show fans as well from The Voice, Sherlock, Vikings, Ray Donovan and Breaking Bad. Furthermore, a 360 Dome VR Zone was also at the event. Fans can check it out in the video below.

Comic-Con India also presented its attendees with special #1 editions of popular Archie titles with exclusive Hyderabad only cover! thanks to its collaboration with the publication. The Pop culture event is all set to take place next in cities such as Mumbai Bangalore and Delhi where it’s expected to receive much more attraction.
