Karen Gillan Wraps Up Filming Avengers 4 With A Gift From Directors

Karen Gillan has revealed that she has wrapped up filming Avengers 4, the final film in MCU’s Phase 3 which completes the 22-movie arc. The actress also seems to have gotten a parting gift from the directors but fans are already eager to get their hands on it as well.

Gillan took to Instagram to post a picture of her arm wearing a bracelet with the Avengers logo. The actress who plays as Nebula confirmed the wrap up in her description. Here’s what she had to say:

“After approximately one year of shooting, I’ve officially picture wrapped on Avengers Infinity War, parts 1 and 2! A monumentally inspiring experience. And thanks to the therussobrothers our fearless directors for this badass Infinity War bracelet. Now I must wash the blue from under my fingernails. For 4 days,” wrote the actress. Fans can check out the photo below.

Gillan is it not the first to complete filming Avenger 4. Earlier last Thursday, Jeremy Renner also confirmed that he has completed filming his part for the movie. However, it is possible for both actors to return to the sets later if reshoots takes place for Avengers: Infinity War.

Gillian’s Nebula is expected to play a prominent role in Avengers 4. Fortunately, we’ll know more about it when the threequel releases this year on May 4th. For now, fans can be hyped for the upcoming release of Black Panther which is set to hit theatres on February 16th in the US and other major regions.

Avengers 4 is set to release on May 3, 2019.  Fans will have a lot of emotion to process as some of their favorite superheroes are sure to bid goodbye after phase 3. But titles in development so far for Phase 4 look promising. Furthermore, MCU president Kevin Feige has also hinted a new thing for phase 4.
