This Halloween, Marvel costumes seem to be one of the go-to choices for many top-tier celebs in Hollywood and Keke Palmer dressing up as Rogue from the X-Men ’97 animated series has won over MCU fans the most. Even so, other celebrities like Kim Kardashian also stole the spotlight wearing a stunning skin-fit suit as Mystique, here’s a brief list of actors currently on the social media radar for 2022’s spookfest.
It looks like NOPE actor Keke Palmer is going all out on her ongoing campaign to play the MCU character known as Rogue for Marvel Studios’ X-Men project. The 29-year-old star shocked fans by releasing her official photoshoot donning a body suit and a wig portraying Rogue’s iconic auburn hair-do with white streaks. In addition, she also released a small video showing off Rogue’s laser beam abilities.
Since her Halloween attire was posted on her official handle, Marvel fans are more convinced Keke Palmer is the right choice to portray the powerful mutant, with some tweeting at MCU Chief Kevin Feige to cast her in the role. Meanwhile, Kim K’s Mystique suit attracted a lot of eyes but some were quick to brush it off, calling it a step down compared to Saweetie’s version of Raven.
The cast of Ms. Marvel namely Ima Vellani and co-star Yasmeen fletcher were also rocking their own special attire for Halloween. MCU’s Kamala Khan stole the fandom’s heart by wearing a Tony Stark/Iron Man cosplay costume.

Palmer has been open about her desire to play the MCU role, in fact, she even got candid in an interview sharing her love towards Marvel films saying, “Absolutely! I mean, I love Marvel, I love Disney, I love what they do, in terms of just how big and massive those films are. All the action! And I’ve never done anything like that or experienced it, so I’d love to just take part and see what they got over there.”
Marvel last hinted at the existence of Mutants like Wolverine in She-Hulk with even Jen Walters asking K.E.V.I.N. about the X-Men. Since then, the upcoming Deadpool 3 became the first project to officially confirm the Mutants’ debut in Marvel Cinematic Universe. However, there’s still no word on an ensemble flick exploring Charles Xavier’s school for gifted youngsters (X-Mansion).
