Marvel studios have released a new promo clip for Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2. Unlike its previous promo materials, this video attempts to sell a product in the movie rather than the movie itself.
Chris Pratt is featured in the video as Peter Quill and goes on to explain how a Walkman works. “We called it a Walkman. Because you put it on your head, and you can WALK, MAN,” said Quill. Fans can watch it below.
James Gunn also seems to be sitting on a few promo pictures from Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2. The director first shared a still of Karen Gillan as Nebula and spoke about his love for the character in the description.
Later, Gunn also shared a still of Michael Rooker as Yondu and wished him a happy birthday. Furthermore, he also revealed that the image was captured on Leica Q. Fans read the entire description below.
In other Marvel News, who’d have guessed that two Marvel actors were born on the same day? Paul Rudd a.k.a Ant-man also received his share of birthday wishes from his fellow actors.
Mark Ruffalo tweeted a hilarious GIF and wished the actor. Ant-Man director Peyton Reed also sent his wished and said they’d both celebrate next year as well by “making THE GREATEST MOVIE OF ALL TIME.” Fans can check both tweets below.
Reed will begin directing Ant-Man and the Wasp later this summer. The film is a sequel to the original movie released in 2015. Evangeline Lilly will also debut as the superhero Wasp in the upcoming sequel.
Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2 releases on May 5th, 2017. Earlier this week, Marvel Entertainment also released a teaser trailer to reintroduce its character and remind fans that the movie is just one month away.
