Avengers 4 is undoubtedly one of the most anticipated films of 2019. The film is currently undergoing reshoots in Atlanta. While Marvel Studios is far from starting the film’s promotion, fans have already begun joining bits and pieces of every information available including various concept arts to imagine how the Avengers: Infinity War sequel film might look like.
A new Avengers 4 promo art has surfaced online showcasing the surviving Avengers including Iron Man, Captain America, Thor, and Hulk along with Brie Larson’s Captain Marvel who was teased in Avengers: Infinity War’s post-credits scene. What’s interesting to note is that the promo art shows Thanos donning his armor.

Well, there’s no shortage of fan-made Avengers 4 posters. The newest one comes courtesy Reddit user gar-mon. The poster unites the six original Avengers- Iron Man, Captain America, Thor, Hulk, Black Widow, and Hawkeye- and Captain Marvel. To recall, Thanos wiped out half of the universe’s population with his devastating snap. So, there are now only a handful of MCU heroes alive now who will have to fight the Mad Titan before he goes ahead with notorious intentions. Hawkeye who was absent from Infinity War is expected to play a major role in Avengers 4.
While Marvel fans are confident that the coming Avengers 4 will undo everything with the time travel plot, it may not be the case, at least according to writers Christopher Markus and Stephen McFeely.
“[Avengers 4] doesn’t do what you think it does,” Markus said in a previous interview with BuzzFeed. “It is a different movie than you think it is…Also…[the deaths are] real. I just want to tell you it’s real, and the sooner you accept that the sooner you will be able to move on to the next stage of grief.”
“Put it this way,” McFeely chimed in. “I think [Infinity War] is a fairly mature movie for a blockbuster. It’s got a lot of fun in it, obviously, but boy, it gets very mature. The second one is also mature. We’re going to own these choices, and hopefully surprise and delight you and get you invested. It’s by the same studio, the same filmmaking team. They were written at the same time, shot at the same time. They’re clearly connected, but they are definitely two different movies, one of which is dependent on what happened previously.”
“We broke your heart,” added Markus. “Now we’re going to blow your mind!”
Avengers 4 is set to arrive in theatres on May 3, 2019.
