New Deadpool 2 Trailer Rolls Out In Three Parts, Focuses On X-Force

A new Deadpool 2 teaser trailer has finally arrived. The teaser was released in three parts during the presentation of AMC’s television series The Walking Dead, Fear the Walking Dead, and Talking Dead. The idea of releasing Deadpool 2 promos during the telecast of the television shows would have surely spotlighted the sequel to a huge audience.

The promo release was teased by Deadpool’s official social media account that posted a zombie picture of the Merc With A Mouth on Sunday with a caption that read, “Guess who’s making an appearance during tonight’s @amcthewalkingdead finale? Hint: It’s not Carl…”

Interestingly, the first part of the teaser that was aired during the season finale of the popular AMC series, The Walking Dead, informed fans that part two of the clip will be shown during the season premiere of Fear the Walking Dead. Likewise, part three of the footage was teased to be aired during the telecast of Talking Dead. You can check out the new Deadpool 2 full trailer below.

The trailer offers some new footage from the film focusing on the Merc With A Mouth’s ensemble X-Force and Josh Brolin’s time-traveling Cable. Directed by David Leitch, Deadpool 2 features Ryan Reynolds reprising the character of Deadpool, Zazie Beetz as Domino, Terry Crews as Bedlam, Lewis Tan as Shatterstar, Brianna Hildebrand as Negasonic Teenage Warhead as well as a few other characters from the X-Men franchise.

Notably, the trailer also advertised that Deadpool 2 tickets will go on sale starting this Thursday, April 19, 2018.

In a recent interview with USA Today, the Deadpool 2 director opened up about the challenge of putting the new team together.

Building a team in the classic style of all action movies, there’s a great opportunity for conflict,” Leitch said.

Although Deadpool might not be a character who would go well with a team, Leitch said, “but it’s not because he doesn’t want to. Maybe his fun, never-stop-talking personality is a little grating and people get tired of him. It’s not for lack of his good heart. At the end of the day, he wants to be a better person and do the right thing, and sometimes his thinking is flawed, like all of us.”

Fans will get to see the new team of mutants in action when Deadpool 2 debuts in theaters on May 18th.
