Justice League is being promoted and celebrated in the most unique manner, well ahead of its release in theaters on November 17. Warner Bros. and DC Entertainment have paired with AT&T to take over its store located at 3 Times Square from October 5 to October 8. Photos of Batmobile will be on display too among many others.
The AT&T store at 3 Times Square will offer an exclusive look at few of the props and costumes from the action adventure film Justice League which will release next month. It will also host many activities related to the mega film. What’s more, DC comic fans will also get the opportunity to attend a signing with Jim Lee and Geoff John, both DC Comics favorites.
As per the official press release, fans get to view and enjoy the following activities:
• Fans can see and take pictures with the iconic Batmobile and Bruce Wayne’s tricked-out Mercedes-Benz AMG Vision Gran Turismo along Broadway, from 42nd to 44th Streets.
• Inside the AT&T store, see incredibly lifelike statues of DC’s iconic Justice League members Batman, Wonder Woman, Aquaman, Cyborg and The Flash.
• A meet-and-greet with best-selling comic book writer Geoff Johns and renowned artist Jim Lee October 7 from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. The truly dynamic duo will be signing their acclaimed comic Justice League, Vol. 1: Origin, the flagship title from DC’s The New 52 publishing event. In addition to partnering on the page, Johns and Lee also serve as executives at DC: President and Chief Creative Officer, and Publisher, respectively. DC All Access, DC’s original digital series (at dccomics.com), will be there to cover it and capture reactions. Wristbands will be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis starting at 10:00 a.m. that morning.
• Check out video footage, the coolest props and costumes from the movie, try out VR activities, Join the League yourself, and take home an exclusive poster.
Recently, Erik Davis, the Managing Editor of Fandango shared some photos of the Batmobile which is already on display at Times Square. Other props such as the Mercedes-Benz can also be spotted in the background.
Moreover, the sponsorship also promises additional fun experience for fans in select AT&T stores all across the US, beginning from October 27. This includes real and authentic props and costumes from the film Justice League, virtual reality interactions, exclusive posters and more.
