The CW has revealed the plot details and synopsis for Riverdale Season 2 episode 12 titled “The Wicked and the Divine.” The highly anticipated episode will feature drama surrounding Lodge family as preparations for Veronica’s confirmation ceremony begin.
According to the synopsis, Archie will soon be accepting an offer from Hiram for an internship in his company. Veronica will not be too thrilled seeing his father and boyfriend growing close. She will be worried that Archie will find out about Lodge Company’s dark business secrets and shady dealings.
In the said episode, Archie will get to know Hiram’s inner-circle. He will indulge in a high-stakes poker game with Hiram and his friends. Things take an unexpected turn and Archie finds himself too deeply involved.
Meanwhile, an unexpected incident at Pickens Park catches FP and Jughead’s attention. The father-son due begin their own investigation as its causes confusion and chaos among the Serpents. As for Betty, she’ll find Chic Cooper by her side in troubled times.

Riverdale is yet to air the midseason premiere of the second season. The show is currently on winter hiatus and it will resume its run next week returning to its usual time slot. As reported previously, the second half of the season 2 will see Jughead return to Riverdale High School and focus on relationships of the characters.
