Pictures captured during the filming of Captain Marvel featured Brie Larson’s Carol Danvers donning the green colored Kree costume. The Marvel female superhero was never spotted wearing any kind of headgear on the sets which left comic fans wondering if they will get a glimpse of her costume with a full helmet in the upcoming movie.
Well now, actor Samuel L. Jackson has almost confirmed that Carol Danvers will sport her signature battle helmet in the film. Jackson recently shared a picture of himself wearing an official visual effects crew t-shirt from the movie’s production on his Instagram page.
The t-shirt in question featured a new look at Captain Marvel’s movie costume in red, gold and blue colors and also had the words “Captain Marvel Visual Effects” written on its side. The most interesting thing to note is that the t-shirt shows the Marvel superhero wearing her battle helmet, complete with the Mohawk hairstyle.
“Newest Latest from Viz Effects crew! #thanosazzizgrazz#shereddy” Jackson captioned the picture.
Notably, then the actor has tagged Mad Titan Thanos in the post which hints that fans might get to see Captain Marvel wearing the iconic red, gold and blue colored costume along with the headgear in the much awaited Avengers 4.

Perhaps, the first trailer for Captain Marvel might reveal the second suit donned by the superhero, possibly with the iconic headgear from comics.
In related news, Captain Marvel is expected to play a crucial role in Avengers 4. Ant-Man and the Wasp actress Evangeline Lilly recently revealed during an interview with Entertainment Tonight that she developed a friendship with Larson while shooting on the set of Avengers 4.
“When I was working on Avengers, I got to know Brie Larson pretty well, or as much as you can on a film, and her and I talked about it,” Lilly said. “And of course she’s going to be the next titled female superhero, she’s going to be Captain Marvel, and I’m sure this will be the beginning of many, many more titled Marvel films.”
Directed by Anna Boden & Ryan Fleck, Captain Marvel will debut in theaters on March 8, 2019. Avengers 4 is currently set to release on May 3, 2019.
