Sebastian Stan Doesn’t Know If Captain America Survives Avengers: Infinity War

It seems the cast members of Avengers: Infinity War also don’t have a clue about the characters who’ll meet their end in this threequel. Recently, Some of the actors from the film made their appearances at a fan event held at Television Studios White City on Sunday, April 8, in London.

Metro Entertainment got a chance to catch up with Sebastian Stan at the fan event. Stan portrays the character of Bucky Barnes a.k.a. Winter Soldier in Avengers: Infinity War.

When the actor was asked if Captain America will make it out alive in Avengers: Infinity War, he replied that he doesn’t know. Stan did offer some assurance that Cap didn’t die during the scenes where both actors shared screen or were in the same location..

He certainly didn’t die when I was there,” Stan revealed. “If he did I haven’t seen it.”

Notably, directors Joe and Anthony Russo have already indicated that Avengers: Infinity War is going to feature the permanent deaths of some major players in the MCU. Since then fans have been speculating about the characters who could meet their fate in the upcoming superhero movie. The long list includes the name of Vision, Hawkeye, Nebula, War Machine, Bucky Barnes, Wong, the Hulk, Loki, Iron Man and even Captain America.

Chris Evans has been portraying the character of Captain America since 2011. He is undoubtedly one of the biggest characters in the MCU besides Iron Man. In an interview, Evans himself confirmed that Avengers 4 will mark the end of Captain America. So, this means the character is highly likely to survive from all the odds in Avengers: Infinity War.

In an interview with Entertainment Tonight, Evans opened up about what he is going to miss the most.

Well, you know, my contract is over, so that’s as far as I know,” the actor said. “[I’ll miss] everything [about Captain America]. I mean, it’s not just the character; it’s the people – the experience, such good movies, such wonderful memories. I’ll miss a lot.”

We will get to know more about the fate of MCU characters when Avengers: Infinity War debuts in theatres on April 27th.
