Shazam! Actor Zachary Levi Calls Out Ben Affleck To Meet A Terminally ill Batman Fan

Shazam! actor Zachary Levi is calling out his fellow DC Extended Universe actor Ben Affleck on Twitter to bring a smile on the face of a terminally-ill young Batman fan.

I don’t have an official Bat Signal, but I’ll boost this for all its worth. @BenAffleck, this lil dude could really use some caped crusading right about now,” Levi tweeted. He tagged Batman actor Ben Affleck as well as late-night talk show host Jimmy Kimmel in the post.

Levi made the post in response to a tweet from EvilMelTucker asking for help locating a Batman costume or someone to be the DC Comics hero for a young boy named Mukuta, who has been diagnosed with a rare form of cancer called cholangiocarcinoma. Unfortunately, the boy, who is presently receiving hospice care at Hospice Atlanta, has very little time left.

Mukuta’s favorite superhero is Batman, and the folks over at Hospice Atlanta are trying their level best to arrange a visit from his favorite superhero. Notably, a lot of people have come forward for help. Damon Cole, who is a full-time police officer in Texas, replied to the tweet saying that he will be happy to go see Mukuta as Batman.

Twitter user @EvilMelTucker updated that they have already found a Batman to pay the young fan a visit.

Mukuta has been taken care of. We have his Batman. Thank you all for your Help!,” the tweet read.

In a recent similar situation, various Marvel stars from films and television shows came together in support of a terminally ill Avengers fan before he passed away. Iron Man actor Robert Downey Jr. also recently paid a visit to a terminally ill young fan, Aaron Hunter, in London.  The actor has called out fans to donate to ROHHAD Association and the Brian Ortega Foundation through his Random Act Funding.
