Sony To Release The First Look Of Tom Hardy’s ‘Venom’ This Week

Sony will release the first look of Venom this week. While quite a few behind-the-scenes pictures have come out already from the movie set, the first official glimpse into Sony’s Venom will arrive in the next few days.

Sony has so far kept Spider-Man in the forefront. While this idea is doing well, The studio wants to make more of the brand by giving their villains a chance to stand out. Hence, Tom Hardy’s Venom has a huge role to play in the Sony Cinematic Universe.

In direction by Ruben Fleischer, Sony has assembled an impressive cast. Since the film is scheduled to release by the end of the year, fans have been wondering when the first look will be out.

IGN, which will be revealing the first look of few of the biggest movies of 2018 throughout this month, will release something related to the film this week. IGN First Segment had recently released Slender Man’s first trailer. At the top of the page, they mentioned that they will be revealing the first look of Venom this week.

While IGN has so far mostly debuted trailers as first looks, there is no way that Sony would be releasing a Venom trailer so soon. In fact, it was just a few days back that Tom Hardy, who plays Eddie Brock in the film, was seen shooting for a scene wherein he was battling with his own body as he tried to control himself.

Sony could either reveal the cast image from the movie, or it may unveil the first look at the symbiote. For all those who are new to the character, Venom being a Symbiote needs to connect to a human in order to survive. He becomes Spider-Man’s archenemy when he bonds with Eddie.

In addition to Tom Hardy, The movie’s star-cast includes Michelle Williams, Jenny Slate, Riz Ahmed, Scott Haze, and Reid Scott.

Venom movie is expected to hit the theaters on October 5th, 2018.
