Spider-Man Actor Tom Holland Might Have Given Away Major ‘Avengers 4’ Spoilers

Marvel Studios was quite successful in keeping all the secrets close to its chest during Avengers: Infinity War production and promotions. The film studio is again applying the same strategy to refrain itself from revealing any major Avengers 4 spoilers. In fact, this time the studio is even more cautious as it won’t be announcing the film’s title until the end of the year, leaving fans craving for Avengers 4.

But, it seems Spider-Man actor Tom Holland, who already has a bad reputation of revealing spoilers, may have already spilled some Avengers 4 spoilers.

During an interview with Emergency Awesome conducted before Avengers: Infinity War’s April release, Holland explained why he believes Benedict Cumberbatch has the most difficult lines to deliver. While explaining so, the Spider-Man actor accidentally revealed that the Quantum Realm will be used as a plot device during Avengers 4.

He has the most difficult lines though,” Holland said. “He has to talk about so much Quantum Realm stuff. I just have to talk about, ‘Yeah, man, that’s awesome!’ So mine is easy but his is so difficult!

The interesting thing to note is that Quantum Realm was barely discussed in Infinity War. So, going by Holland’s words, it is likely that fans will see Benedict Cumberbatch’s Doctor Strange talking about the Quantum Realm in Avengers 4.

The concept of the unknown mysterious world has been mostly restricted to the Ant-Man movies so far. The post-credits scene of Ant-Man and the Wasp showed Scott Lang trapped inside the alternate dimension after all of his other friends got erased by Thanos’ snap.  It’s highly possible that Strange will run into Lang who is currently trapped in the subatomic world in the next Avengers film.

Speculations are rife that the surviving Marvel superheroes will use time travel to reverse the damage that Thanos did at the end of Avengers: Infinity War.

Avengers 4 is set to debut in theaters on May 3, 2019.
